Eight of Pentacles: general, standing and reversed meaning

Eight of Pentacles, general description

Eight of Pentacles is the 76th card of the Major Arcana. It is part of Fatecaster’s Tarot card list that summarizes the Rider Waite Tarot cards’ meaning.

This card denotes the beginning of a promising plan. This is the card of the apprentice who starts solving a lengthy but enticing task. In that sense, the card connects the beginner’s situation with joyful perspectives.

It also shows that our motivation is good, we find pleasure in what we do and we are proud of the first results of our work. To a certain degree this card also means beginner’s luck.

Eight of Pentacles (circumspection), standing

You live only for your duties. This can mean the acquisition of a new ability or knowledge. Too much attention to details. Tasks are done diligently and precisely. Spend enough time on observing the process to make it clear.

Eight of Pentacles (circumspection), reversed

You’re lost in details. Lost in your job at the expense of privet life. You make the same mistake again and again. You reject the opportunity of new things. (Such as learning something)
