Ten of Pentacles: general, standing and reversed meaning

Ten of Pentacles, general description

Ten of Pentacles is the 78th card of the Major Arcana. It is part of Fatecaster’s Tarot card list that summarizes the Rider Waite Tarot cards’ meaning.

This card denotes abundance, richness, security, stability and the ease of everyday life. Also, it symbolizes both inner and outer wealth. However reaching spiritual fullness requires alert attention.

In all this respect the card warns us not to let our business efforts and over-zealousness make us neglect really important spiritual aspects. It shows that we only have to open our eyes to notice and experience all those miracles that monotonous everyday life offers.

Ten of Pentacles (abundance), standing

Full financial abundance and prosperity. Financial independence, security with your home and happy family. Heritage assigned to children or inheriting from the parents.

Ten of Pentacles (abundance), reversed

Wasted exuberance and welfare by laziness, gambling or family problems. Loss of fame, heritage or inheritance passed to the children.
