I Ching Hexagrams – Treading, conduct: meaning of the lines
Line 1: Simple lifestyle provides progress for the true people. Since the first line doesn’t aspire for fame and fortune, it lives safely and deals easily with obstacles. The same should be our goal as well.
Line 2: This line shows a person who can stay calm and balanced even in difficult circumstances. Although he/she can’t fit the fifth line, he/she behaves right. He/She is satisfied with simple life and thus gets protection.
Line 3: The third line represents an old-fashioned person. He/She is unable to realize the real nature of the situation thus he/she is in danger. Aggressive, ambitious manner makes danger.
Line 4: Although the fourth line is in a bad position it still has enough power to settle danger. Your intention can be done.
Line 5: The fifth line is in the right place and is able to lead with an iron-hand. By being cautious and careful you may succeed.
Line 6: Thanks to its position the upper line can revise its actions unbiased. Although it’s affected, it’s on the right way so it deserves luck and magnitude.
